Confirm receiving arrangements before sending your display
Vancouver event planning benefits from a clear distinction between the exhibition stand and the logistics that get it there. The Vancouver Convention Centre's operating guidelines state that it does not accept exhibitor freight before scheduled move-in times. Check your show's instructions for the correct receiver and delivery window before dispatch.
For a separate outdoor market or activation, plan how equipment will be transported, assembled and packed again. Keep a record of the parts and protective storage materials. After use, follow the product's cleaning and drying instructions before putting printed fabric away.
Choose equipment around the customer interaction
For an outdoor customer counter, compare a printed canopy with matching table graphics. Leave enough room behind the table for restocking and enough room in front for the visitor interaction. A feather flag can identify the approach where the organizer permits it, but should stay within the allocated site.
For a convention exhibit, start with the assigned booth footprint and a backdrop that explains the offer at a glance. Add a counter for conversations or demonstrations. Check the packed dimensions so the display fits your transport and receiving arrangements.
Compare the printed equipment
- Canopy Package 1: compare 10Γ10, 10Γ15 and 10Γ20 sizes, with 40mm or 50mm aluminum frame options.
- Feather flags: a separate sign for an approved approach or display area.
- Printed table covers: coordinated graphics for the counter or product table.
- 10Γ10 trade show displays: compare indoor backdrop and counter combinations.
Vancouver event planning checklist
- Confirm the convention venue or outdoor site's exact receiving instructions.
- Check the scheduled move-in time before arranging delivery to the Vancouver Convention Centre.
- Draw the booth footprint and identify any access or circulation areas.
- For an outdoor canopy, confirm the approved anchoring method and weather procedures.
- Build in time to check the printed fabric, inventory the parts and practise assembly before the event.
Can my order be delivered straight to the venue?
Confirm this before ordering. A venue's street address is not enough to establish that it can receive your shipment. Ask the organizer about the named receiver, labels and scheduled delivery window, then share those details with us.
Ordering for an event date
Tell us your product choice, delivery address, event date and venue requirements before ordering. Available shipping options depend on your destination. Production and shipping transit are separate, and an arrival date is only guaranteed if expressly confirmed in writing. Review the shipping and production policy.
